Ooey goeey, camp vibes! These cookies were DELISH!

One of my favorite chicken marinates and chicken! The longer you marinate it, honestly the better! Soaks up all that lemon juice and fresh herbs. But you really only need 6 hours, usually do overnight just because it is easier to do the night before.

You can use normal butter, but I just use plant-base alternative! You can also try some herbs, maybe add some oregano, I do like to add some siracha and garlic chili paste at the end, but that is because I always love

Servings: Makes about 18 cookies

Time cook: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour 

  • 3/4 bag of mini chocolate chips 

  • 2 cups of mini marshmallows

  • 1 cup of crushed Annies graham crackers

  • 1 chocolate bar, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 2 tablespoon of corn starch

  • 1 egg

  • 3/4 cup of brown sugar 

  • 1/4 cup of sugar 

  • 12 tablespoons of butter 

  • 2 teaspoon of vanilla

Directions: Pre-heat oven to 350 F. In a bowl mix the butter, both sugars and vanilla. Whisk in mixing bowl for about 3 minutes. Then add the flour, cornstarch and baking powder. Once the cookies are mixed in, use a spatula and gently mix in the marshmallows, graham crackers and chocolate chunks.

Form your cookies into a ball and place on cookie sheet that is sprayed and covered with parchment paper. Bake cookies for 10 - 12 minutes.
