Mediterranean Marinaded Chicken
This Mediterranean marinaded chicken is yum yum!
Super easy recipe. Cooked in air fryer for that crispy skin and served with a side of feta, cucumber and tomato salad. I have found with chicken and skin air fryer is your BEST friend. It always has a nice crispy crust and juicy. For the marinade you can go up to 48 hours, but if in a bind 6 hours should be fine.

Time cook: 48 marinade, 1 hour
Ingredients
6 bone-in chicken thighs with skin
3 tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons of olive oil, additional for drizzle at the end to garnish
Two tablespoons of Mediterranean seasoning
dill weed, fresh and dried
Two garlic cloves, minced
1 lemon, half to garnish and half to marinade
few dashes of salt and pepper
garlic chili paste to garnish
Directions: Add all ingredients except the garnishes and fresh dill and reserved olive oil. Marinade for 24+ hours. For this one, I did 48 but you can do less. Cook in an air fryer at 375° F for 25 or so minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Garnish and serve by itself or with tzatziki sauce.
