Cookies n’ Cream Cookies
These are such a FUN treat and quite delicious I made add!
I obviously have a thing for cookies, and I thought it would be fun to do these for my husband’s birthday! Topped of with reese’s peanut butter cups, oreo’s, creamy icing…I mean how can you not like these? Especially if you like cookies n’ cream you will love!
I must say the base of the cookie really reminds me of a sugar cookie so I did like having the icing on top, it really made it next level yummy. You can always do different takes on the toppings but REALLY love the combination provided in this recipe.

In a bowl, for the cookie mix, add all the dry ingredients except the oreos. Whisk then add all the wet ingredients and whisk until cookie turns into the batter. If the batter is too wet keep adding in flour. Once cookies are ready lay down parchment paper on a large cookie sheet and spray with butter.
Make golf ball size cookie balls and place about an inch 1/2 a part. Bake for about 8-10 minutes. Set cookies on drying rack, and let them cool for about 30 minutes or so.
Once cookies have cooled add icing and toppings, enjoy!
