Beyond Beef Meatballs

Easy meatless meal and healthy too!

Looking to kick your burger craving with something a little more healthy and more guilt-free? These Beyonh burger meatballs are SO good, I make a side of honey mustard and sweet potato fries to serve with them and love the combination so much.

I honestly love the taste of the meatless brand Beyond, but you can use whatever meat substitute you want or just make it with grass fred ground beef if you want meat!

Time cook: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 8 oz beyond beef

  • 1/2 tablespoon of garlic

  • 1 egg

  • 1/3 cup cup of gluten-free oats

  • 1 tablespoon of ketchup

  • 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard

  • 1 tablespoon of dill relish

  • 2 slices of colby jack cheese, chopped

  • Few dashes of salt and pepper

  • parsley to garnish

  • Olive oil

Directions: In a bowl mix all the ingredients and once mixed roll into 2 inch thick meatballs.

Put olive oil in a sautee pan on medium heat and place the meatballs in it. Cook for about 7 minutes then flip then and then cover for about 5-8 minutes., turn heat to medium-low and then enjoy!
